2nd Part of the Designers Journal

In the first installment, I told how a desire to create his own system slowly grew out of a similar Scenario Generator for “Lock’n’Load.” I wanted modular battles in which we could tailor everything to the way we wanted it, but also keeping in line with the Campaign System.
